Dr Matthias Stolmár's presentation at WIPF in Taiwan now on Youtube

Dr. Matthias Stolmár presents employee inventor’s law to LES Hungary in Budapest

Dr. Matthias Stolmár from Stolmár & Partner will present general aspects of employee inventor’s law and in particular of compensatory remuneration to members of the Licensing Executives Society Hungarian Group (LES Hungary) in Budapest on October 18, 2019.

An employee's invention is an invention made by an employee within the scope of his employment relationship and the employee's activity, which is regarded as patentable or utility modelable. In Germany, the employee is entitled to compensatory remuneration.
