Thomas Schneider founded Kronberger+Schneider Rechtsanwälte GbR in Munich in 2006 with his Austrian law firm partner Dr Harald Kronberger. Thomas Schneider has been of counsel in our firm since 2020.
Extensive expertise in copyright and design law (author and co-author of various publications) as well as competition law and trademark law are incorporated into our daily legal advice and thus enable us to provide targeted, comprehensive support in the IP field.
Since "know-how protection" is on of the most important aspects of franchising, Dr. Thomas Schneider also provides comprehensive advice on the establishment of franchise agreements.
