After graduation, Pär worked in an internationally operating law firm in Munich before joining Stolmár & Partner in 2011. He represents SME clients not only during prosecution, but also in nullity actions, invalidation actions against utility models as well as infringement proceedings in first and second instance. Furthermore, Pär is well experienced in enforcement and defense against competitors‘ rights, in particular when it comes to preliminary injunctions.
Pär is admitted as representative before the GPTO, the European Patent Office and the EUIPO.
