André has been admitted as an attorney-at-law in Germany since 2010. In Munich, he advises clients on intellectual property rights, design law, as well as media and IT law.

Initially, he specialized in copyright, trademark, and trade name law, as well as media law, and successfully represented leading companies in stock photography and contemporary art and fashion photography in copyright disputes, both out of court and in court. For more than five years, he has also been active in the field of trademark and design law, strategically advising his clients on building, optimizing, securing, and defending their intellectual property portfolios. This includes intellectual property analysis and registrations, as well as conducting registration, opposition, and cancellation procedures before the DPMA and the EUIPO.

His expertise and ability to clearly communicate complex legal issues make him a valuable advisor for national and international clients.
