He also focuses on the deployment of monitoring systems to expand a company's know-how and avoid possible infringements. His experience also includes the introduction of innovation processes and the support of such processes to create and secure new products. Furthermore, Mr. Rütten supports companies in the implementation of the Employee Inventions Act and advises both employees and employers on fixing compensation according to law. He also has experience in supporting contract negotiations in the event of infringements in customer-supplier interactions.
