Earlier this month, we had the pleasure of giving a seminar to a group of very bright LLM students from all over Asia who are currently studying at Institute for Law and Finance (Goethe University Frankfurt). Dr. Denise Nestle-Nguyen and Alejandro Croci led the event at our Munich office. The focus was IP rights in the context of mergers & acquisitions. We first discussed the basics of IP protection and then dived into patent valuation and due diligence. It was great to share our passion fo these topics and we hope the students enjoyed the afternoon as much as we did!
